Since you appear to be a virtual fountain of information, let me throw you a few questions about the agenda for the upcoming convention, the answers which I need in order to make appropriate arrangements.

The Friday Meet & Greet appears to run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with The Oldies running from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. so they appear to overlap. Then if I go elsewhere to the Restoring Freedoms calendar, an 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. VIP Reception with the same people is also on the calendar.

Can LPPA members who paid for the whole weekend attend the VIP Reception?

Will the announced VIPs Rupert and Johnson be available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for everyone?

Will there be food at the Meet & Greet and at the Reception or should we eat before?

If you can find out the answers to these questions, it would be appreciated.

Thanks!

My information is limited, but this is what I understand. . .

The Oldies music does overlap with the Meet & Greet, but the event location allows back and forth attendance.

I do not know who has access to that VIP reception with Boneham and Johnson (which also overlaps with the Oldies music event).  It appears on the RF program and not on the LPPA program, but the marketing of the full package LPPA ticket seems to imply "all access."

I understand the Meet & Greet and reception include light refreshments, but I would not expect it to be comparable to a full meal.

I wish I had more confidence in my answers but I hope they are somewhat helpful.  Lou is probably the most certain source.  I suspect nobody who paid the $65 whole hog fee will be turned away from any of these events.  I won't be there until Sunday because I do not routinely go to motivational workshops unless I'm presenting, and I never listen to people lecture while I eat.  See you then!
