Hi everyone, Citizen Stuart here.  I'm not a member of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania, I'm not even a US citizen, I'm actually a member of the Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom, which was formed in late 2007.  We're a bit thin on the ground here at the moment, but we're hoping a few election campaigns will get us noticed and help us to start building up the organisation.  I'm looking forward to picking up a few campaigning tips here, although your political culture seems to be very different from ours.
