I'm so PROUD of you, Kat.  I'm a dog person myself.  However, my wife's sister is a cat person.  She went to California to visit a third sister and we're stuck with her cat.  Now there's a cat that is afraid of her shadow...don't know why but she is.  Maybe a a cat person you could explain it to me. Smiley

If she is in your house, she's scared because it's unfamiliar to her.  Just try to pet her and be nice people. She may not come around, then, it's just her nature to be jumpy.
