Errors on this website

A number of the menu items, linked to on the front page (sidebar and top menu), are not working.

For example, on the join page, I'm pretty sure these tags are supposed to do something instead of get shown:

Also, the link to the "Email List" page goes to a 404.

Do you guys need any web help?  I have a bit of web dev background.

We are in the midst of an upgrade, so some things are temporarily not working. The notice on the front page did get bumped down a bit with the last couple press releases. There is also a notice on the forum. Here is the front page notice:

To all LPPA visitors and members. The LPPA.org website is currently undergoing a major transition period with software upgrades, migrations and data transfers, as well as some cosmetic changes. During this time, you may find that certain links are broken or that certain functionality does not work. We are aware of these issues. Please do not email us about broken links or functionality during this period unless it relates directly to the items described below:

    * Important communications and requests for information may still be made via email at the CONTACT or CONTACT US menu items, or via the ORG. CHART menu item.
    * Most news, articles and press releases are still available online.
    * The FORUM is also still available, though forum login and logout must be made at the main forum page itself and cannot be made from the LPPA main page until further notice.
