Who do you want to win, or if you are attending the Convention, who will you vote for?

And even better..  WHY?  :-)

I'm still undecided (should I add that as an option?)...  I saw the National LP monthly newsletter had a bunch of questions for the candidates (except for Bob Barr, who only announced in the last few days, which explains his exclusion), so I'll be pouring over that in the next few days before making a decision.

Okay -- I cast my vote for Mary Ruwart.  Based on the LP newsletter, she's my voice for the moment.  I still have to look into the candidate websites to dig in depth a little more, but she'smy favorite for now.

I don't know very much about any of the candidates unfortunately, but based on what I do know, I would be satisfied with any of the following.

Wayne Allyn Root
Christine Smith
Mary Ruwart

I think Wayne Allen Root is the best "salesman" of the bunch and that could be a good thing as we need people who can convey the message of the Libertarian Party to new audiences so that we can capitalize on the interest Ron Paul created.

your right i dont know any of them, as im sure no one knows me, and i want to run for a state office in Pa.. i do know that if i see a libertarian on the ballot for anything id vote for them. i also agree that now is the time for the libertarian party to get teams together, due to the fact that at this point, even the hard core dems are getting fed up with their socialist leaders. I personally feel that ron paul has too much unwanted baggage for the party to indorse him.

Running for office is one of the best ways, if not the best way, to get out there and talk about liberty.  It gives you a purpose and most people will listen to you when you say, "hi, my name is XXX and i'm running for XYZ"
