I will be appearing on PCN on October 16, 2008 from 7 to 8 pm on their call-in show.  PLEASE watch and call in so we have people calling about our issues -- stopping prosecution of victimless crimes, reducing incarceration and the incredible state prison budget, and related issues (btw, the AG is NOT in charge of the courts, so the AG can't do anything re judicial legislation -- the AG is in charge of the state Dept of Justice, has a lot of influence with PA State Police, and handles major narcotics investigation and prosecution.  Current AG Tom Corbett says drugs are the largest threat to safety and peace in this state -- not the state government!)

I'm scheduled for the League of Women Voters Attorney General debate in Philly.  It tapes on October 28 and is being shown around Philly and various other places on November 2.

There is a second televised AG debate in Allentown but I am still trying to find out about participating in it.
