Is there anyone in the Luzerne/Lackawanna county area who wants to form either county chapters or regional chapters? 

Leading up to the 2004 General Election, Luzerne made it to a status B2 county, but due to lack of interest and participation, we've lapsed back to a C status.

Carbon County is still active, and if Luzerne, and a couple of more counties form even B2, we can have representation as a region.
