Unbelievable.  How can they punish citizens who have done nothing wrong for the actions of criminal thugs?  This is deeply disturbing being that the DA knows its unconstitutional, they are penalizing law abiding citizens, and have no regard for the fact that people have to deal with identity theft issues before they get around to checking out material items.  I fail to see the logic here whatsoever.  Does this simply mean that the Democrats' Political Machine in Philly could care less about the Constitution, Individual Rights, and the Law in general?  I read the posts about the tour guide issues as well, so what gives in Philly?  Is Nutter possibly WORSE than John Street?

Philadelphia is a festering pile of shit and it pisses me off to no end that between that wretched city and Pittsburgh, that is where most of the political power and favor lays in the State of Pennsylvania. Perhaps, once Ed Rendell is out of office, we'll get a chance to have a Governor who is Governor of the whole state, not just the two cities.
