I just finished reading the politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution.  What an eye-opener.  It seems to be all backed with references in court documents, or individuals' writings.

The SCOTUS has basically taken over the legislative duties with "opinions" and precedents rather than the Constitution. And, POTUS legislates with executive orders and (??something else??).  Not to mention all the unconstitutional areas the Federal gov'mint sticks it's collective nose into.

Anyone else read this book?
