what does the future hold for the middle class in this country? The Amero, the confiscation of gold and precious metals, NAU, RFID chips, consumerism, debt?

obama: CFR
'singin' mccain: CFR

is there a lesser of two evils? how do you vote for someone when they answer to the same people?(no i am not talking about god/allah)
They will both indeed violate us in a similar manner.  Obama, being younger and better endowed, will probably hurt a little more.

Obama really believes the world is his.  Simply having the audacity to roll out his  own presidential seal not only cheapens the office but shows a vast amount of hubris on his part.  I never would have imagined the hard left would have ever succeeded in putting out a candidate that far out on the fringe and the media's so far in his tank, he might be the candidate that F.A. Hayek would have had nightmares about.

Maybe he's a reaction to the past 8 years of the Conservative Bush.  The pendulum may swing the other way...

I know of no Libertarians that will vote for McCain.  Where are they?

Do you know of any that would vote for Obama?  Both choices leave me feeling frightened for my kids.

If I absolutely HAD to vote for one of them, I would vote for Obama over McSame. There are a number of reasons but here are probably the biggest ones.

1) Obama's "change" is not change at all as we know, but with people at least thinking there is change, people might feel better about things and that could be positive. McSame's policies will be just... the SAME! But no one will have any reason to feel more optimistic.

2) McSame winning will make way too many Repubs and neo-cons even more arrogant, and make them a bigger threat to freedom. Getting their ass kicked in this race will be a good thing and something they deserve. Obama winning will come with no big moral victory, after all the conventional wisdom will be that is was an anti-bush vote more than a pro-Obama one.

3) On a personal level, if I have to see one of those shitheads on TV endlessly for the next 4 years, at least Obama is a better speaker and won't tempt me to want to jam in very sharp pencils in my ears every time I hear those words... "My friends..."

I think the best thing McCain and Obama can do is select each other for Vice President. It will be the ultimate fusion ticket(s). They are perfectly suited for each other and complement each other's policies nicely. That way the voter only has to choose which one they want to be president and not be faced with a false choice of two supposedly different candidates.
