Has anyone signed up for this?  Any amount will make a statement.  See this article.

This initiative is for July 2nd, thus a money bomb like Ron Paul's.  If it gets $750,000 it will be a success IMO.

I contributed today too whe I got home after work.  As of 9:30 PM, the web site said "311 pledges have been made so far."  I was hoping for more participants.

PS -- On the donation page (https://www.bobbarr2008.com/donate/) , who is the person below Ron Paul and to the left of Ben Franklin?

I just noticed this. I guess I wasn't reading that closely...

4. I am not a federal government contractor.

I was never told I was not allowed to give to a political campaign before. But, I do work for a federal contractor. Does anyone have more information on this?

If you get no answer here, then I suggest an email to the Barr campaign staff asking them.  If you get a reply, then please post/summarize it here.

Mark

PS -- If a "contractor" who gets money from the goverment for performing some work can't contribute, then you would think that someone who gets a check for doing nothing can't contribute either.  I wonder if it works that way.

I donated. I want to see a more active campaign though. Once I see that I will be willing to donate more to Barr.

Don't forget to give to national and state, too!
