Hi

I'm an LP member living outside my home state of PA (have lived both in Pitt and Philly areas), but I will be returning soon.

Once I'm back I plan to be active in the LP. I want to not only _run_ for office, but also _win_ elections and advance liberty in PA.

Given that, can anyone comment on the best places to live (in or around Philly) that will predispose me to success for this goal?

I'm not opposed to running against the Dem machine in Philly but if there are good suburbs I'm up for that too.

I guess these would be my standards:

- good quality of life for my family (wife and 2 yo boy).
- reasonable cost of living
- political offices where both parties aren't running candidates
- Libertarian-leaning populations

I'm asking for too much, I know, but I want to take into account as many factors as possible before deciding on where to settle down.

Or if you can suggest any other favorable conditions for LP-candidates in PA I would be grateful.

Thanks in advance!
