Title: Sample Ballot online -- Luzerne County Post by: bergie72 on October 10, 2008, 03:30:25 pm I thought I'd check out my county's voter website today, and they surprisingly have the sample ballot for each districts already out there to review!
I want to say it is GREAT to see "LIBERTARIAN" as an option under the 'straight ticket' section. If anyone wants to check it out, here's the link for http://www.luzernecounty.org/county/departments_agencies/bureau_of_elections/2008-presidential-election-sample-ballots (http://www.luzernecounty.org/county/departments_agencies/bureau_of_elections/2008-presidential-election-sample-ballots) Title: Re: Sample Ballot online -- Luzerne County Post by: klapton on October 10, 2008, 03:58:05 pm Yes, that does feel good, doesn't it?

Title: Re: Sample Ballot online -- Luzerne County Post by: bergie72 on October 12, 2008, 12:37:32 am The one bad side here is that I couldn't have my name running for the PA House seat. Only a Dem is running; the Luzerne County GOP party is worthless and didn't run a single candidate for any PA House seat, other than the incumbent in the 117th. So the Dems got a free ride in 5 other seats.
I changed my registration to Rep so I could vote for Ron Paul in the primary, but ended up shooting myself in the foot in doing so. Oh well. Live and learn!
