With all due respect, you should link to the article instead of copying and pasting it. As you can see the AP owns the copyright to this article, you are violating their copyright but reposting it here, and your act makes the LP-PA complicit.

As Libertarians, we are (expected to be) experts on property rights, so it's doubly a problem. I urge you to take down the copyrighted content and link to it, instead, perhaps with a small excerpt (fair use).

i did not know that, just never thougth about it.  interesting.  i have done this for years and years.  i changed to just posting the link.  is that OK?    thanks for the information

Barr could reasonably be on the ballot in 50 states. It does not appear that there is any significant effort on the part of either major party candidate to keep him off the ballot anywhere.
