Title: Libertarian Principles?

There are two issues that concern me about the LP's ideology. First, do the libertarians, or at least a majority within the party, believe in universal rights or convened rights? Second, what is the view on war, and why: if there is a general disaproval of war, is the concern practical or philosophical?
