Perhaps 'odd year' LPPa Conventions could be held later in
the year?  There is no statewide ballot access drive in odd
years, so we could perhaps hold the state convention after
most colleges are out for the summer?  Then students from
the college Libertarian clubs can attend?  Maybe the student
activities dept will allocate money so they can  attend?  We
could build up student groups during the 2006 elections,
then get them to attend in 2007?  The have programs geared
toward college L groups?
