There is a special election (http://www.dos.state.pa.us/bcel/lib/bcel/elections/se_calendar_sth200_-_sept._13,_2005.pdf) coming up for General Assembly 200 in Philadelphia.

General Assembly 200 was vacated by LeAnna Washington, who replaced Allyson Schwartz in State Senate 4 (State Senate 4 was vacated by Allyson Schwartz when she was elected to U.S. Congress 13).

The Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania is seeking a candidate.
